Who we are
This website (teevoice.com) is operated by Teeoff Technologies. References to “TVoice”, “we”, “us” or “our” on this page refer to Teeoff Technologies acting as the data controller for the personal data described below.
Questions about this policy or any personal data we hold can be sent to support@teevoice.com.
What we collect
We collect personal data only when you submit our Contact Sales form. The form asks for:
- Full name
- Email address
- Profession (developer, founder, etc.)
- Approximate monthly voice minutes
- Free-text message
We don’t use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or any other passive tracking on this site. The website is a static export served over a CDN; nothing about your visit is logged beyond standard request logs at our hosting provider.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry — typically by email — and, if relevant, to schedule a follow-up call. The lawful basis for processing is your consent (submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
We do not use form submissions for unsolicited marketing. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone, under any circumstances.
Who we share it with
The only third-party service involved in handling form submissions is Amazon Web Services (AWS). Specifically:
- The website is hosted on AWS S3 + CloudFront (eu-central-1).
- Form submissions are processed by an AWS Lambda function running in eu-central-1.
- Email notifications are sent via Amazon SES from ap-south-1.
Within Teeoff Technologies, submissions are received by a small number of named recipients on the sales and engineering team. We don’t use any other third-party tools (no CRM, marketing automation, or analytics) for the contact-form data on this site.
Where it lives and for how long
Form submissions travel through AWS infrastructure in eu-central-1 and ap-south-1, and arrive as email in our Microsoft 365 mailboxes (also AWS-hosted). We retain submissions for as long as the enquiry is active, plus a reasonable archive period for record-keeping. You can ask us to delete a specific submission at any time.
Your rights
If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or India, you have rights under the GDPR, UK-GDPR, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP) respectively. In summary you can:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you (right of access).
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Ask us to delete personal data we hold (right to erasure / right to be forgotten).
- Object to or restrict our use of your data, and withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@teevoice.com. We respond within 30 days. If you’re unhappy with our response, you can complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
This site is targeted at enterprise and developer audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18.
Changes to this policy
We’ll update this page if we change anything about how we collect or use personal data through teevoice.com. The “effective” date at the top reflects the most recent change.
Scope reminder
This policy covers website data only — the personal data you give us via teevoice.com. If you are a TVoice customer, the personal data your end-users entrust to the TVoice product (voice recordings, transcripts, etc.) is governed by the contract and data-processing addendum we sign with you separately, not by this notice.
