By accessing or using teevoice.com (the “Website”) you agree to these Terms of Use. The Website is operated by Teeoff Technologies (“we”, “us”, “our”). If you do not agree to these terms, please don’t use the Website.
Scope
These terms cover your use of the Website itself — reading pages, submitting the contact form, downloading resources we publish here. They do not cover commercial use of the TVoice product (APIs, hosted voice agents, SDKs, etc.). If you sign up for or evaluate the TVoice product, a separate Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Addendum apply.
Ownership
The Website’s content — text, design, code, logos, and the TVoice brand — is owned by Teeoff Technologies (or licensed to us) and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business reference; any other use (republication, scraping, redistribution, training of machine-learning models, etc.) requires our prior written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Website in a way that breaks the law in your jurisdiction.
- Submit malicious code, attempt to break the Website’s security, or interfere with other visitors’ use.
- Submit false personal information through the contact form or impersonate anyone else.
- Scrape, mirror, or systematically extract content from the Website without our written permission.
- Use any content from the Website to train machine-learning models without our written permission.
Information on the Website
We work to keep the Website accurate, but content here is provided for general information only. Specifically, anything we publish about latency, language coverage, accuracy, or roadmap is indicative — actual contractual commitments to TVoice customers live in the separate agreement we sign with them. Nothing on this Website constitutes a binding offer.

The Website may link to third-party sites we don’t control. Following those links is at your own risk; their content and practices are their responsibility, not ours.
Disclaimers
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”.
